Follow the measurements chart, I got a medium here where I should have gone with large, it's bit on the firm side so just follow your measurements. I have a 30J/38 chest and can make medium work but it's kinda smashing me down all over & not comfortable. The material is very soft and the double layering throughout helps smooth out your body. It's slightly see-through, may be a small issue in bright sunlight. I'm not sure if it came this way or if I did it, but there's already a snag in the material and it seems like it will be easy to snag more so I would be really careful with your nails and wash in a laundry bag. I think it is slightly overpriced for the quality.
